1.3. The content available on eSkillHub is for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

1.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.1. The content on eSkillHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of eSkillHub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

2.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the content without the prior written consent of eSkillHub.

  1. Courses and Enrollments

3.1. eSkillHub offers a range of programming-related courses for purchase or enrollment. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fee and gain access to the course materials for the specified duration.

3.2. Upon completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion, subject to meeting the specified requirements.

3.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or course content at any time without prior notice.

  1. Refund Policy

4.1. We offer a refund within 30 days of the course enrollment date if you are dissatisfied with the course content or experience, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

  1. Customer Account Cancellation Policy

In order to request the closing of your account, you must get in contact with us via email at [email protected]. Once the request has been sent, you can expect an email back from us within 48 hours.

  1. Complaint Handling Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your relationship with our business including our products or services and wish to make a complaint, please contact us at

Please provide us with as much information as you can about your order and about the reason for your complaint.

We will acknowledge your complaint within seven (7) business days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. We will respond to your complaint in writing within fifteen (15) business days, provided we have all necessary information and have completed any investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our response at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your complaint, you may file a dispute. We will respond to your dispute in writing within ten (10) days provided we have all necessary and have completed any further investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our response at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your dispute, we will treat your dispute as a Stage 2 complaint and refer it to our internal dispute resolution committee.

  1. Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure

Your complaint will be reviewed by our internal dispute resolution committee, as they are independent from our complaint handling team and are committed to reviewing disputes objectively, fairly and efficiently.

We will respond to your dispute with a written internal dispute determination within ten (10) business days provided we have all necessary information and have completed any investigation required. In cases where further information or investigation is required, we will work with you to agree on reasonable alternative timeframes. We will also keep you informed about the progress of our review at least every ten (10) business days, unless you agree otherwise.

8. Subscription Plan Terms

This section covers additional terms that apply to your use of our subscription-based collections as a student (“Subscription Plans”). By using a Subscription Plan, you agree to the additional terms in this section.

8.1 Subscription Plans

With your upfront payment to a Subscription Plan, you get a limited by Time and by number of content downloads, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from us to access and download our content.

The subscription that you purchase determines the scope, features, and price of your access to our content. You may not transfer, assign, or share your subscription with anyone else.

We reserve the right to revoke any license to use the content in our Subscription Plans for legal or policy reasons at any time and at our sole discretion, such as if we no longer have the right to offer the content through a Subscription Plan.

8.2 Account Management

You may cancel your subscription by following the steps outlined in this page.  If you cancel your subscription to a Subscription Plan, your access to that Subscription Plan will automatically end on the last day of your billing period. On cancellation, you will not be entitled to receive a refund or credit of any fees already paid for your subscription, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For clarity, cancellation of a subscription does not terminate your eskillhub.net account.

8.3 Payments and Billing

The subscription fee will be listed at the time of your purchase. We may also be required to add taxes to your subscription fee as described in the “Payments, Credits, and Refunds” section above. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Depending on where you are located, you may qualify for a refund. See our Refund Policy for additional information.

We reserve the right to change our Subscription Plans or adjust pricing for our Services at our sole discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription will take effect following notice to you, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

8.6 Subscription Disclaimers

We make no guarantees as to the availability of any specific content in any Subscription Plan or as to any minimum amount of content in any Subscription Plan. At any point in the future, we reserve the right to offer or cease to offer additional features to any Subscription Plan, or to otherwise modify or terminate a Subscription Plan at our sole discretion. We have no responsibility to preserve or store the content inputted by you in connection with your use of any Subscription Plan. These disclaimers are in addition to those listed in the “Disclaimers” section below.

  1. User Conduct

9.1. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: a) Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. b) Violating the rights of others, including their privacy or intellectual property rights. c) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity. d) Interfering with or disrupting the operation of eSkillHub or the servers or networks connected to it. e) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of eSkillHub.

  1. Limitation of Liability

10.1. eSkillHub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any information or services provided through it.

  1. Modifications to Terms

11.1. eSkillHub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website after the changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
